Termes and conditions : exchanges and refunds

Find all the information you need about purchasing, exchanging or using your tickets in our Terms and Conditions.

- You can present tickets purchased online on your smartphone. If you do not have a smartphone, tickets must be printed: you will not be able to enter the Museum without these printed tickets.
- Admission tickets can be exchanged for an equivalent service on another date. You can change your visit date via the online ticket office at billetterie.musee-armee.fr/en-GB/ticket-exchange by entering the 14-digit number shown on the ticket below the barcode. This exchange can only be made if all the following conditions are met (see Terms and Conditions). Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation.
- Visitors eligible for a reduced rate or free admission are invited to go to the Museum’s reception and ticket desks

Refund policy

  • If you have purchased an admission ticket or a concert ticket on a date when the Army Museum is exceptionally closed, please send us your proof of purchase (tickets and purchase confirmation) along with your bank details and postal address:

- by post to: Musée de l’Armée – Département billetterie et régie de recettes, 129 rue de Grenelle - 75007 Paris

Any incomplete applications cannot be processed. Please rest assured that we will do our utmost to respond to you and process your application as soon as possible.
