From the Knights of the Round Table to Marco Polo

In the grand and majestic Turenne Hall, the PLAYMOBIL® exhibition “The Middle Ages: Step into the Legend!” invites visitors of all ages to explore the Middle Ages in a whole new way. Through hundreds of PLAYMOBIL® figures displayed in ten dioramas, children can spark their curiosity, observe the details, and discover the stories that shaped this era.

From a bustling medieval fair to the Knights of the Round Table, from a Viking village to the adventures of Marco Polo—via the Silk Road and the Age of Discovery—each scene blends history with imagination. It’s a fun way to explore nearly a thousand years of history and inspire children to learn more!

Treasure Hunt

It’s your turn! Armed with a mission booklet, the children continue the adventure in search of PLAYMOBIL® figurines hidden throughout the Museum’s collections. This treasure hunt allows the whole family to discover real swords, chain mail, and armor, before a surprising encounter in Louis XIV’s Grand Salon, which is open especially for the occasion.

Participants must have tickets (free for children)
